Fitch Construction Inc. is a full-service remodeling company based in Fairport, New York, serving the greater Rochester, Buffalo and Finger Lakes areas. We specialize in designing dream Room Additions, Sunrooms and Interior spaces that add functionality, beautiful views and high return for your investment.  The Fitch Design Studio has been installing and servicing Four Seasons Sunrooms for almost Forty years in Western New York.

Fitch Constructions has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and has earned National recognition including the "Award of Excellence" from the Better Contractors Bureau.  We have won two National Sunroom Design Contests with the National Sunroom Association.  As members of the National Home Builders Association and Licensed in the City of Buffalo, we take your installation seriously.   David Cerrone, president, became a Certified Remodeler in 1991 with the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (N.A.R.I)

Our History

The Fitch family has been building in the Rochester & Western New York areas for over four generations, starting with Davids great, great grandfather. There were many homes built by the Fitch family in the Park Avenue area of Rochester.   Rochester Institute of Technology (R.I.T.), Hillside Children’s Center, Hickie-Freeman Clothing and Wegmans Organic Farm have worked with David and his Uncle Bob for many years, and the relationship continues to this day. 

The Fitch team takes great pride in creating unique spaces of any size, for any function and strives to provide outstanding quality customer service.  We warranty our Remodels and new builds with a five (5) year installation warranty, giving you peace of mind.
